Bad Bunny, Good Questions Campaign
Right to Democracy launched a social media campaign that used the controversy surrounding Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance to spark dialogue. Drawing on his lyrics and visuals, the campaign invited audiences to reflect on U.S. colonial rule and the lived realities of more than three million people under this system. This campaign included educational graphics, reels, and a virtual dialogue with various Puerto Rican experts discussing the symbolism in his halftime performance. Throughout 14 days, our campaign was viewed by over 19,188 people across the U.S. territories and states.
